LIGHTEVENT expands project management team with Jörg and Matthias
Agricola of app
(06/2009) Jörg and Matthias Agricola, former managers of app-veranstaltungstechnik gmbh, are joining LIGHTEVENT Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH in Cologne. The two business proprietors have renounced their company in Essen and are from 1st of July contributing their know-how to LIGHTEVENT’s team.

LIGHTEVENT installed LED room at Interzum in Cologne in 2009
(05/2009) LIGHTEVENT supported Grass with an impressive show that many trade visitors will remember: a multimedia, walkable LED room of 9x4x4 metres, which was covered inside and out with LED panels, offered unique music, picture and light events.

LIGHTEVENT invests in JBLED A7 / Martin MAC 301
(02.04.2009) At the Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt LIGHTEVENT invested in the new LED Moving Lights JBLED A7. The moving light by JB-Lighting, identical in construction to the Martin MAC 301, is considered the most powerful lighting device of its class. The scope of the zoom reaches from 8° to 28°.

LIGHTEVENT features again at 1LIVE Krone Show in Bochum
(04.12.2008) The 1LIVE Krone 2008, Germany’s biggest radio award, was granted on 4 December in Bochum and broadcast live on TV and radio. A first rate show with excellent live acts turned the pre-Christmas holiday spirit into a big party. The event was supported by the Cologne based event technology specialists LIGHTEVENT.

Ranking of Event Service Providers 2009
(01/2009) In their yearly ranking the StageReport and the BlachReport (both published by Aktiv-Media) list the best event service providers. Again, LIGHTEVENT was voted amongst the best by its clients and ranks among the TOP 10 in the categories lighting and overall performance.
TUJA Pirate Christmas Party
(01.12.2008) LIGHTEVENT provided complete technical support for consultancy company in-team’s Christmas party this year. The party’s motto was “Pirates”. 700 guests of the temping agency Tuja enjoyed their evening under virtual palm trees. The event was held at the Expo XXI in Cologne.

Technical Support for International Trade Fair CPD Düsseldorf
(01.08.2008) LIGHTEVENT provided once again the exclusive Fashion shows at the CPD in Düsseldorf with technical support. The event organizers Igedo Company were supported in four halls and at the after show party by LIGHTEVENT’S stage setup, lighting, PA systems and the live-on-tape production.

LIGHTEVENT Celebrates New Location Cologne
(19.07.2008) Eight years after its foundation LIGHTEVENT celebrated its new location in Cologne with clients and business associates. The new place is a 4000 square metre site with a newly built hall and a two storey office building in the Piccoloministraße in Cologne’s quarter Mühlheim.

Palladium and E-Werk start Business Cooperation
(01.06.2008) LIGHTEVENT and the enterprise Köln Event Veranstaltungsgesellschaft mbH are contractual partners with immediate effect. LIGHTEVENT is now taking care of the well-known Palladium and E-Werk in Cologne, both of which are popular with visitors.

PRODUCTION PARTNER: "Tuja-Event with 360 degree projection"
(02/2009) The motto of last year’s Christmas party of temporary employment agency Tuja was "Pirates". The theme was present in all aspects of the event and was picked up by a 360 degree projection featured by LIGHTEVENT.
